“And there are also many other things which Jesus did. If they should all be recorded one by one in detail, I suppose that even the world itself could not contain (have room for) the books that would be written.” (John 21:25)
The miracles and deeds that Jesus did, the words He spoke are just a drop in the bucket of the entire span of His ministry on earth. Only eternity will show us everything He did while He walked here as the Son of Man. This tells me that Jesus must have dealt with every single problem known to man while He was here. We look around us and see how evil the times are and read about the horrible things that are happening to people everywhere…especially children. Jesus dealt with it then and He will deal with these situations now. He is indeed the Great Physician because He alone can heal from the inside out. You can spend a lifetime pouring your pain out to a therapist or counselor but they can not HEAL you. Jesus is the Wonderful Counselor and you can pour your pain out to Him. And when He touches your heart, you are HEALED. You can look at the horrible memory and it actually not make you cringe. You say instead “thank You Jesus for healing me!” He’ll do it for you…if you ask Him to. He loves you.
