Seasons

To everything there is a season, and a time for every purpose under heaven:

A time to be born and a time to die
A time to plant and a time to pluck up what is planted
A time to kill and a time to heal
A time to break down and a time to build up
A time to weep and time to laugh
A time to mourn and a time to dance
A time to cast away stones and a time to gather stones together
A time to embrace and a time to refrain from embracing
A time to get and a time to lose
A time to keep and a time to cast away
A time to rend and a time to sew
A time to keep silence and a time to speak
A time to love and a time to hate
A time for war and a time for peace

He has made everything beautiful in its time. He also has planted eternity in men’s hearts and minds, [a divinely implanted sense of a purpose working through the ages which nothing under the sun but God alone can satisfy], yet so that men cannot find out what God has done from the beginning to the end.

I know that whatever God does it endures forever; nothing can be added to it nor anything taken from it. And God does it so that men will fear Him [revere and worship] Him, knowing that He is.” (Ecclesiastes 3:1-8; 11, 14)

The seasons of life are full of the purposes and plans of God. He has a purpose for each of us. And each of us has a life plan that is full of seasons. Seasons of victories and struggles, seasons of rest and work, seasons of peace and warfare. Whatever season you are in now, know that your God has it all under control.

Blessings everyone…
