“And the Lord asked Abraham, Why did Sarah laugh, saying, Shall I really bear a child when I am so old? Is anything too hard or too wonderful for the Lord? At the appointed time, when the season [for her delivery] comes around, I will return to you and Sarah shall have borne a son.” (Genesis 18:13-14)
Is anything too hard for the Lord? This one question cuts to the heart of our faith. Do I believe Him? On some level we all know God “can” do anything. We can even believe that He WILL do a miracle for someone else. The Lord is asking YOU, do you believe that I WILL do it for YOU? At the appointed time. When the season of your miracle comes around, do you believe it will happen?
What a challenge! All of us have dreams we thought were long dead, situations we have decided to just live with, but God may not be finished yet. Every believer in Jesus Christ has a covenant with Him. A covenant is a contract, a very binding contract. God requires our love and obedience to Him and in return, He will protect us, provide for us and yes, He will give us the miraculous.
The miracles of God can, do and have defied the laws of nature. Dare to believe the impossible because with the Lord Most High, all things are possible…
