God of Knowledge

“Talk no more exceeding proudly, let not arrogancy come out of your mouth: for the LORD is a God of knowledge, and by Him actions are weighed.

He raises up the poor out of the dust and lifts up the beggar from the dunghill, to set them among princes, and to make them inherit the throne of glory: for the pillars of the earth are the LORD’s, and He has set the world upon them. He will keep the feet of His saints, and the wickedness shall be silent in darkness, for by strength shall no man prevail.

The adversaries of the LORD shall be broken in pieces, out of heaven shall He thunder upon them: the LORD shall judge the ends of the earth; and He shall give strength unto His king and exalt the horn of His anointed.” (I Samuel 2:3 & 8-10)

It seems like the new year has begun with death. The killing continues as hate-filled people of all colors continue to rampage across the planet killing with impunity and without fear of a penalty. From ISIS to the Black Panthers, hate and death seem to be winning. Hate has no racial or religious preferences. It goes with those who want it regardless of what they look like or what god they believe in.

But God….but God is a God of knowledge. He knows the motives of every human heart whether it is good or evil. Our decisions result in our actions, which are weighed by Him. The old saying “every dog has his day” is true. A person can enjoy evil for a season, but when the time to repent is over, then God will judge. Truly, it is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the Living God.

We, as His saints must draw closer to Him during this evil time. AND we must cry out to Him for justice and for His light to break through this darkness. Prayer really does change things. It can change things more than you know…

Blessings everyone…
