So Shall It Stand

“The Lord of hosts has sworn, saying, Surely, as I have thought and planned, so shall it come to pass, and as I have purposed, so shall it stand.” (Isaiah 14:24)

The same God that thought and planned and purposed the entire universe to come into existence, the same God that spoke and it was so is the same God who thinks and plans and purposes and speaks into YOUR life.  He has plans for every person ever conceived in humanity whether they made it out of the womb or not.

Everyone has a book with all of His plans for our lives.  Like Jeremiah 29:11 says “for I know the thoughts I have towards you, thoughts of good, and not evil, to give you hope and an expected end.”  God has great expectations for each one of us.  Remember this: God looks at everyone with the eyes of faith.  Faith looks at the desired end result..not what we look like now.  God relentlessly pursues that result regardless of whether or not we acknowledge Him, whether or not we love or hate Him.  He is not deterred with our here and now.  He will call until death claims us and the decision is eternally made.  Nothing can stop His great love for each human being ever born.

When we as His children, grab hold of His great promises for our salvation, our deliverance, our healing, our peace, our victories and our provisions–when we realize that as surely as it is written in His Word, so shall it stand.  That is unstoppable faith.  A person who is convinced that God is behind their quest is a person with unstoppable faith.  The enemy can’t withstand it.  Like God, they don’t look at the here and now, they look beyond that to the desired end result.  What kind of victories can the Body of Christ win if we all began to think like God thinks?

Blessings everyone…
