“For God so greatly loved and dearly prized the world that He even gave up His only begotten Son, so that whoever believes in, trusts in and clings to Him shall not perish (come to destruction, be lost) but have eternal (everlasting) life.” (John 3:16)
“For even the Son of Man came not to have service rendered to Him, but to serve, and to give His life as a ransom for many.” (Mark 10:45)
“But God shows and clearly proves His own love for us by the fact that while we were still sinners, Christ, the Messiah, the Anointed One died for us.” (Romans 5:8)
“For the wages which sin pays is death, but the bountiful free gift of God is eternal life through (in union with) Jesus Christ our Lord.” (Romans 6:23)
“There is therefore now no condemnation (no adjudging guilty of wrong) for those who are in Christ Jesus, who live and walk not after the dictates of the flesh, but after the dictates of the Spirit. for the law of the Spirit of life which is in Christ Jesus has freed me from the law of sin and death.” (Romans 8:1-2)
“For our sake He made Christ to be sin Who knew no sin, so that in and through Him we might become the righteousness of God [what we ought to be, approved and acceptable and in right relationship with Him, by His goodness.]” (II Corinthians 5:21)
“The saying is sure and true and worthy of full and universal acceptance, that Christ Jesus the Messiah came into the world to save sinners of whom I am foremost.” (I Timothy 1:15)
“And now they sing a new song saying, You are worthy to take the scroll and to break the seals that are on it, for You were slain (sacrificed) and with Your Blood You purchased men unto God from every tribe and language and people and nation.” (Revelation 5:9)
“Jesus approached and breaking the silence, said to them, All authority (all power of rule) in heaven and on earth has been given to Me. Go then and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them into the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe everything that I have commanded you, and behold, I am with you all the days, to the very close and consummation of the age.” (Matthew 28:18-20)
The Gospel message is simple. Everybody ever born since Adam and Eve, were born into a fallen and sinful world. Our nature is naturally sinful. So much so that without a savior, we are lost and headed towards the same place as Satan and the fallen ones. But God in His mercy and love for us, paid the price that His justice required. He paid it Himself while we are still cursing Him, hating Him and ignoring Him. He still paid it so that when we turn from our wicked ways, we can at any moment receive that wonderful gift of salvation.
The Gospel message is the best news the human race has ever received. The Gospel message is our lifeline to escape destruction. But more than that, we now have access to God’s very presence through the Blood of Jesus Christ. He paved the way for us to have a personal relationship with the Father! If you ever experience the presence of God, you will never be the same. It is impossible to remain unmoved in His presence.
If you have never received Jesus into your heart, you can ask Him right now, right where you are, doing whatever you are doing. No matter how sinful and dark your life is right now, He is the Light to help you. All you have to do is ask Him.
If you know Jesus but have walked away from Him, return to Him today. His mercies are new every morning. He is right where you left Him. He loves you as much as He ever has. There is nothing you have done that His Blood won’t cover. All you have to do is ask Him.
