When We Cry Out

Prayers-of-the-Saints

“Then they cry to the Lord in their trouble, and He delivers them out of their distresses.  He sends forth His word and heals them and rescues them from the pit and destruction.  Oh, that men would praise and confess to the Lord for His goodness and loving-kindness and His wonderful works to the children of men!” (Psalm 107:19-21)

Any loving parent will help their children when they fall into trouble, likewise our heavenly Father will send forth His word and heal us and rescue us from the pit and destruction.  Perilous times are here people of God, let this scripture go deep into your spirit.  Cry out to your heavenly Father every day for the freedom to do His will on this earth.  Take it one day at a time.  That is what Jesus said to do.  He said “take no thought for tomorrow, for today has troubles of its own.”  That is the truth isn’t it?  Today is what counts.

No matter what crazy things will come across your TV screen or your Facebook page, keep your eyes on Jesus Who is the Author and Finisher of your faith.  “Oh, that men would praise and confess to the Lord.”  You can see how much the Father wants us to cry out to Him.  It may be too late to for our land to be healed, but as children of God, we can cry out for His mercy and protection.  I just can’t stress how important it is for every person who says “Jesus is Lord of my life” to make the intimate relationship with Him the number one priority.

“Father, help us to get closer and closer to Your heart today.  Grant us protection and provisions for today.  Use us to help others find You in this darkness.  Help us to let our lights shine bright today.  In Jesus’ Name I pray. Amen and Amen!”

Stay strong believers…
