“Who among you fears the LORD? Who obeys the voice of His Servant? Who walks in darkness and has no light? Let him trust in the name of the LORD and rely upon his God.
Look, all you who kindle a fire, who encircle yourselves with sparks: walk in the light of your fire and in the sparks you have kindled–this you shall have from My hand: you shall lie down in torment.” (Isaiah 50:10-11)
God is calling to people to turn to Him, to repent and be washed in the Blood of Jesus. To obey the voice of His Servant–Jesus Christ. The call is to those who think they know Him but really don’t, those who used to know Him intimately but have walked away and those who don’t know Him but want to know Him. The Spirit of God is blowing across this planet drawing people to the Creator of the Universe–Elohim, Jehovah, God Almighty, Jesus Christ. To be clear, the only true and living God is the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.
So many churches have to resort to sparking their own fires and creating spectacular light shows to keep people coming to their churches and putting money in their pockets. They have to do this because the candlestick has been removed by the Spirit of God. Ichabod is written on the doors. God has departed. They are left with their own imaginations and no anointing to bring the power of God to change hearts. The pastors are reduced to motivational speakers that can only speak upbeat, self-help messages with no eternal value.
But YOU have an opportunity right now to turn to Him, to begin to obey the voice of His Servant. Catch the wind of the Holy Spirit that is blowing in these days and let the Creator of the universe bring you into His Kingdom–a kingdom that will be forever and will never end.
The Bible says “Every knee shall bow and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is LORD.” Bow now and say “Jesus save me!” or bow later before you enter eternal destruction. I pray that today is the day you turn to Him. Not because of fear of hell, but because He is so easy to fall in love with! Life with Jesus, is never boring, never tedious and is so full of purpose. He knows how to fill a life to overflowing with the best things in life. Answer the call today…
