“Love has been perfected among us in this: that we may have boldness in the day of judgment, because as He is, so are we in this world. There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear involves torment. But he who fears has not been made perfect in love. We hove Him because He first loved us.” (I John 4:17-18)
Jesus Christ IS love. When we abide IN Him, we abide in love. We are fulfilling the Law of Love always because we live in Him. We can walk boldly into any circumstances the world throws at us because we are IN the love of Jesus Christ.
“Perfect love casts out fear.” Jesus is perfect love. We are not subject to the spirit of fear–unless as this scripture says “but he who fears has not been made perfect in love.” This means that if you are afraid, then draw closer and closer and closer to Jesus and let His love fill your life to overflowing. THEN you can boldly walk in the law of love no matter how hard the road is!
