“Come now, and let us reason together, says the LORD. Though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool. If you are willing and obedient, you shall eat the good of the land; but if you refuse and rebel, you shall be devoured by the sword; for the mouth of the LORD has spoken.” (Isaiah 1:18-20)
“But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin.” (I John 1:7)
“To Him who loved us and washed us from our sins in His own blood, and has made us kings and priests to His God and Father, to Him be glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen.” (Revelation 1:5-6)
God never does anything half-way. If you look through the lens of the Hubble telescope into the vast universe, you will see that God does everything in excellence. When He created this planet for us to live on, He said at the end of creating it that it was “very good.” He was satisfied that it was perfect for His beloved children to inhabit. He has loved us literally from the foundation of the world. We are always on His mind.
There is a song called Take Me In Closer by New Wine, that says “I know there is nothing Your eyes have not seen, nor whisper Your ears have not heard, nowhere that escapes the touch of Your hand, no page of my life left unturned.” There is no part of our lives that He is not aware of.
It is because of this great love, that He has made a way for us to be made perfect in His sight. It is through the blood of Jesus that turns our crimson stained garments of sin and unrighteousness into the beautiful white robes of righteousness. God is so good!
Because isn’t a half-way God, He went all the way to the Cross, the grave and Hell to completely save us to the uttermost! When Jesus cried “It is Finished!” He wasn’t talking about His physical death…He was shouting that the mission for our salvation was accomplished! All this to the horror of Satan who finally realized WHY Jesus came–to defeat him. And boy did He defeat him!
Because of the blood of Jesus Christ, we are instantly changed from crimson to white. From filthy to sparkling clean. From dead to alive. That is the good news of the Gospel! The seventy or eighty years we have on this earth are a mere wisp of time in comparison to eternity. Don’t waste the precious years you have left squandering them on things of the world. He has so much more for you to accomplish with your life.
Today can be the day you go from crimson to white! If you feel the tug of your heart to Him, then He is calling you to make a decision for Him. Go to this link and ask Jesus to wash you white as snow with His precious blood.
